Andris Vilcins

Andris Vilcins is an attorney with the firm’s Latvian office. In 1993, he graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Latvia with a Bachelor of Laws degree. Mr. Vilcins has had a wide range of experience in representing both physical and legal persons and has advised many Latvian firms active in domestic and international trade. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Vilcins served as an attorney and later General Director of an autonomous Latvian State Agency dealing with international transport, tourism, lodging and development. Mr. Vilcins specializes in contract law, securities law, real estate law, inheritance matters, privatization and international commercial agreements and transactions.
