Ms. Edita Gruodytė

Ms. Edita Gruodytė, Esq. is an attorney with the Firm’s office in Vilnius. Ms. Gruodytė graduated from Rumšiškės Secondary School in 1991 with the prestigious gold medal. In 1996 she received her bachelor of arts degree in English language and literature from Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas. In 1999, she received her master’s degree in international law from Vytautas Magnus University. In 2003, she received a doctorate in Social Sciences from the Law University of Lithuania.

Ms. Gruodytė began her practice as an attorney in 1998, working for the Lithuanian Savings Bank in Kaunas. From May 2000 until 2004 she served as an attorney for several Lithuanian corporations – Antera, Žalvaris and N. Poligrafija.

Ms. Gruodytė specializes in corporate, international and tax law. Ms. Gruodytė is a docent at a Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius and the author of many juridical articles and monographs. She is a member of the board of directors of the Kaunas Lawyers Association.
