Andris Vilcins is an attorney with the firm’s Latvian office. In 1993, he graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Latvia with a Bachelor of Laws degree. Mr. Vilcins has had a wide range of experience in representing both physical and legal persons and has advised many Latvian firms active in domestic and international trade. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Vilcins served as an attorney and later General Director of an autonomous Latvian State Agency dealing with international transport, tourism, lodging and development. Mr. Vilcins specializes in contract law, securities law, real estate law, inheritance matters, privatization, and international commercial agreements and transactions.

Davit Omsarashvili – the senior lawyer of Legal Bureau – “Khutsishvili & Omsarashvili”
Born in Telavi, Georgia on March 25, 1990. He graduated Ilia State University – Faculty of Law in 2011 (bachelor) and Master of Business Law in 2014. He has published many scientific papers. In 2013-2015 he worked in the legal bureau “Giorgi Otarashvili Legal Company.” He passed his lawyer’s qualification exam in civil law specialization and became a member of the “Georgian Bar Association.” Nowadays, he is a lawyer and one of the founders of the non-profit organization “Georgian Solidarity Network.” He also works as a lecturer of labor and business law at the college “Momavali.”

Imanta Hütt, Esq., a jurist with the firm’s Tallinn office, was born in Tallinn, Estonia. Mr. Hütt graduated from one of Estonia’s finest English-language Secondary Schools in 1992 and received his diploma from the Law Faculty of Tartu University in 1996. Mr. Hütt’s dissertation topic was entitled “Land Reform in Estonia.” Mr. Hütt served as a legal consultant with KPMG/Barents Group at the Estonian Privatization Agency from 1994-1995 and later served as an attorney at the Bank of Tallinn.

Ivars Bacis, Esq., an attorney with the Firm’s Riga office, was born in 1978 in Riga, Latvia. Mr. Bacis graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Latvia. His specializations include international law, commercial law, and intellectual property law.

Marcin Gorniewicz, Esq., a lawyer with the Firm’s Warsaw office, was born in Gizycko, Poland. Mr. Gorniewicz earned his Master’s Degree at the Law Faculty of the University of Warmia and Mazuria, in Olsztyn, with a major in administrative law. Mr. Gorniewicz’s specializations include commercial, corporate law, and environmental law.

Ms. Edita Gruodytė, Esq. is an attorney with the Firm’s office in Vilnius. Ms. Gruodytė graduated from Rumšiškės Secondary School in 1991 with the prestigious gold medal. In 1996, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English language and literature from Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas. In 1999, she received her Master’s degree in international law from Vytautas Magnus University. In 2003, she received a doctorate in Social Sciences from the Law University of Lithuania.
Ms. Gruodytė began her practice as an attorney in 1998, working for the Lithuanian Savings Bank in Kaunas. From May 2000 until 2004, she served as an attorney for several Lithuanian corporations – Antera, Žalvaris, and N. Poligrafija. Ms. Gruodytė specializes in corporate, international, and tax law. Ms. Gruodytė is a docent at Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius and the author of many juridical articles and monographs. She is a member of the board of directors of the Kaunas Lawyers Association.

Otar Khutsishvili – the director of Legal Bureau – “Khutsishvili & Omsarashvili”
Born in Gori, Georgia, on June 12, 1990. He graduated Ilia State University – Faculty of Law in 2011. He has published many press publications and scientific papers. Worked as a lawyer at Ilia State University’s department of international affairs, tourism company “Discover Georgia,” development company “Valencia Group,” and also at “GEA” (Georgian Employers Association) as a legal adviser. Otar passed his lawyer’s qualification exam in General specialization and became a member of the “Georgian Bar Association.” He holds an MA in private (business) law from Ilia State University and works as a lecturer of law at the Academy of Business and Technologies in Tbilisi.

Pawel Dudkiewicz, Esq., an attorney with the Firm’s Warsaw office, was born in Warsaw, Poland. Mr. Dudkiewicz is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. His specializations include commercial law, company law, contract law, labor law, and public procurement law.

William Jarrett Hallowell Hough, III, Esq., was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1956. He graduated from George School, in Newtown, Pennsylvania, in 1974. He received a diploma in East-Central European regional affairs in 1977 from the Austro-American Institute in Vienna, Austria. In 1978, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with honors, from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. Mr. Hough served in the United States Peace Corps in the Republic of Mali, in French West Africa, from 1979-1981. He received his J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School in New York, New York in 1985. He was an editorial board member of the New York Law School “Journal of International and Comparative Law.” From 1986 to 1987, he served as a law clerk with the Supreme Court of New Hampshire. From 1987 to 1992, he was an associate at the international law firm of Walter, Conston, Alexander & Green in New York, New York. In 1993-1994, he served as legal counsel to the Foreign Ministries of Estonia and Latvia, shortly after the Baltic states restored their independence. From 1994 to 1995, he served as legal counsel to the Estonian Privatization Agency, Barents Group LLC, and KPMG-Peat Marwick.
